- Overview: A 5–day certification program exploring Capannori's Zero-Waste success, with hands-on training in sustainable practices for community leadership.

- Objectives: Participants will learn waste reduction strategies, upcycling techniques, and policy advocacy to implement zero-waste models in their communities.

- Daily Schedule:

- Day 1: Introduction to Capannori model; waste audit workshop.

- Day 2: Upcycling sessions.

- Day 3: Site visit to Capannori facilities; composting demo.

- Day 4: Community planning and policy simulation.

- Day 5: Group projects and certification exam.

- Materials Needed: Notebooks, recycled materials (provided), audit kits.
