As we prepare to open our doors, we’re inviting a select group of aligned retreat leaders to be part of our Inaugural Season.

To help you launch successfully with us, we’re offering exclusive founding-year pricing and flexible packages designed to make it easy to bring your groups to Tuscany.

These special rates are significantly lower than standard 2027 pricing and are available only to Founding Retreat Leaders who book during our first year. This is our way of saying thank you for growing with us from the very beginning.

This is not just another villa rental.

This is your dedicated private sanctuary in Tuscany — an entire beautiful borgo reserved exclusively for you and your group.

Imagine having two full homes (Villa Iris + Villa Luce), a large salt water swimming pool with cabanas, expansive gardens, fruit trees, and peaceful land — all to yourself. No other guests. No shared spaces. Just your community immersed in nature, beauty, and deep transformational work.

Private Group Retreat Rental – Inaugural Year Special Rates for 2027

Peak Season: $97 per person/per night (June -Oct 15)
Shoulder Season: $72 per person/per night (March - May)
These prices include exclusive use of two villas (up to 14 guests/per person, per night)

Minimum stay: 4 nights peak / 3 nights shoulder

We believe in building long-term partnerships.

Those who commit early will receive priority date selection for 2027 and 2028.

How To Book:

Choose your season
Select number of nights (minimum applies)
Select number of guests (max 14)
The system will calculate the total
Add your preferred dates in the notes at checkout
Complete checkout — your dates will be reserved immediately
Head over to the a la carte menu located on the Retreat Collection page
Select any additional services you want from the a la carte Menu and check out

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is flexible with priority rescheduling rights for Founding Leaders.

Security Deposit: $750 per retreat You can add this from the A LA CARTE MENU PAGE (Required at time of booking)

This deposit is fully refundable within 3 days after your group departs, provided there is no damage to the property or excessive cleaning required beyond our standard service.

The security deposit will be collected together with your first payment at checkout
